The family of actress and influencer Priscilla Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux has celebrated the naming ceremony of their son, Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala, 40 days after his birth in Canada.

The ceremony, marked with prayers and joy, was held in Tanzania and drew massive attention online after a special gift from fans touched many hearts.

In viral videos from the occasion, Juma Jux was seen surrounded by Islamic clerics who offered prayers for the child, with attendees responding “Ameen” in unison, reflecting both cultural and spiritual significance as the family formally welcomed their son.

One of the most remarkable highlights came when fans of the couple, identifying themselves as “Online Aunties and Mummies,” presented baby Rakeem with a customised 18-karat white gold necklace. The gift, which was delivered in a beautifully crafted box, came alongside a heartfelt note.

The note read in part: “Dear Priscey (Mom Rakeem), we congratulate you on the birth of your son, Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala. We JP Online Aunties and Mummies are so happy and delighted and as such, we celebrate you. We pray for a healthy, wealthy and prosperous future for our darling Rakeem Ayomide. Please accept this beautiful necklace gorgeously customized for our little Prince. Lots of love, JP Fans.”

Another highlight from the celebration that trended online was a video showing what actress Toyin Abraham, popularly known as Oversabi Aunty, brought along to Tanzania for the dedication.

A footage shared on social media showed Toyin Abraham arriving with Iyabo Ojo as she unpacked her luggage. Toyin distributed several items wrapped in nylon to different people, with Iyabo reacting to each discovery. When Iyabo noticed a new blender, she asked Toyin about it, and Toyin explained that Priscilla had personally requested many of the items.

She went on to list the variety of gifts she brought, which included crayfish—immediately noticed by Iyabo for its strong aroma—along with garri, semo, and other essentials. Iyabo then spotted a yam and joked about its weight, prompting Toyin to reveal she had cut it into smaller pieces to fit into the packaging.

Among the collection, Toyin also presented a pack of fried turkey and playfully invited Iyabo to share it with her. The two women shared a warm and humorous moment, laughing and smiling as they unpacked the goods together.

Toyin Abraham’s close bond with Iyabo Ojo has been evident since Priscilla’s marriage in Tanzania, and she has continued to show her support for the family.

During the naming ceremony, Toyin was seen praying earnestly in Yoruba, asking for blessings upon the child and the household. She also returned to Nigeria alongside Iyabo after the event.

In a recent interview, Toyin reflected on her long-standing relationship with Priscilla, recalling how she helped care for her when she was younger, referring to her as a daughter, and fondly remembering their collaboration in a movie project.
