Nigeria’s Senior Women’s National Football Team, the Super Falcons, are expected at the Presidential Villa in Abuja this afternoon following their thrilling 3–2 victory over Morocco’s Atlas Lionesses.
According to State House sources, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will receive the 10-time African champions at 2:00 p.m. in a special ceremony recognizing their outstanding performance on the continental stage.
The reception is part of a broader celebration planned to honour the Falcons’ grit and excellence, which have ignited national pride and widespread jubilation across the country.
