Priscilla Ojo has made a disturbing revelation following the fire that ravaged her mother, popular Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo’s, office on the evening of July 8, 2025. She released a threat letter that was delivered to the same office over a month earlier, warning of a targeted plan against her family.
The letter, dated May 25, 2025, was sent to Iyabo Ojo’s office three months before the fire incident.
It contained threats to life and a strategy to ruin Priscilla’s wedding, which took place in May 2025.
According to the letter, Iyabo Ojo is under watch and won’t escape scrutiny within three months.
The letter, which she partially quoted in her post, contained chilling threats:
It reads “You put someone in trouble and you out enjoying giving out your daughter in marriage abi? O ma laya o. You can’t escape in the next 3 months as we are out monitoring you. Watch out. We shall render that your daughter married useless and rubbish it with scatter scatter. That your daughter will not enjoy her marriage.”
Priscilla shared in her post, “Sadly, on the 24th of May, this letter was delivered to my mother’s office (the same one that was engulfed in fire yesterday). Strictly speaking, it was a threat to life and a strategy to ruin JP2025,” Priscilla wrote in a social media post.
She described the recent fire, which broke out around 7 p.m. on July 8, as “Plan B” by the perpetrators after their initial attempt to ruin the wedding failed.
“The unfortunate incident yesterday, 8th July, 2025 is their PLAN B as their plan to ruin JP2025 failed woefully!”
Priscilla said that her family is treating the matter with utmost seriousness. They have installed more CCTV cameras at both Iyabo Ojo’s home and office and are working on identifying the person who delivered the letter.

“We shall eventually detect the face of the delivery agent and show the public and the police at the right time even though more CCTV has been mounted both in her office and home.”
Visibly disturbed by the attack, she pointed out how unsettling it is that someone would target an office her mother has owned and operated peacefully for eight years:
“Wondering, an office my mother owned for eight years! Hmmmmmmm. This is deep, while a lot of questions are begging for answers and investigation.”
While Priscilla refrained from revealing further details, she made it clear that the threats would not break her family’s spirit.
“So much has been happening that I can’t even talk about here, but I just want to put it out here.
You can’t silence my mother with all of this threat and criminal acts.
God is stronger than any evil, and time will surely tell!! Have a wonderful day, everyone.”
As of now, Lagos fire authorities have not issued an official statement on the cause of the July 8 blaze, and the Nigerian Police Force has yet to confirm if a criminal investigation is underway. However, Priscilla’s public disclosure has sparked widespread concern among fans and the Nollywood community, many of whom are calling for swift justice.
