Legendary Nigerian musician, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Face, has reportedly been arrested in London after an alleged altercation with his new wife, Natasha Osawaru.
The news, which quickly went viral on social media, was first shared by popular Nigerian social critic Tosin Silverdam in a video posted to his Instagram page on Friday morning.
According to the account, a driver who picked the couple up from the airport disclosed that they began arguing from the terminal before their arrival at the hotel.
The quarrel was said to have escalated further when Natasha allegedly broke bottles, leading to reports that the singer had been taken into custody.
The alleged arrest gained more traction online after 2Face failed to appear at his scheduled UK tour event on Thursday, October 2, 2025, fueling speculation about his absence.
However, reacting to the controversy in a video posted to his Instagram page on Friday morning, the music legend denied the claims, insisting there was no arrest.

“We had a medical emergency,” 2Face explained.
“It was tough to the show organizers, and everybody that came out, we go rebook, we go come out with meaning to happen.
And please, if you know sabi something, make una no talk I beg,” he said, dismissing the circulating reports.
